Our Villa Marija, a holiday home with a swimming pool, represents a combination of tradition and modern flair, surrounded by natural and peaceful surroundings. It is located in Istria, in the small village of Kloštar, not far from Vrsar (8 km). This beautiful and modern villa is located on the edge of the village on its own fenced plot of 600 m₂ with a private pool and olive grove.

On the first floor there is a large living room with a kitchen, a large dining table, a bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate toilet with a laundry room. There is also a barbecue and a seating area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds.
